The Three Pairs puzzle is a variation of the Square Prism puzzle. The closest puzzle to the Square Prism currently on Puzzle World is the Disinclination which is a distorted version of the Square Prism. Each of the six pieces in the Square Prism is cut in half and the resulting twelve pieces are glued together at right angles in such a way that there are three right-handed and three left-handed pieces. Assembly is tricky. Stewart made 160 from 1979 to 1986. Number 27 in his numbering system.
